I’m a Norfolk-based abstract artist, illustrator, author, and teacher creating intuitive, playful work rooted in colour, rhythm, and emotional expression.
With a background in drama education, somatic bodywork, sound therapy, and rhythm facilitation, I bring a deep understanding of movement, energy, and the sensory body into everything I create.
My experience as a drama teacher taught me the power of creative expression and storytelling. As a sound therapist and rhythm circle facilitator, I explored how vibration, rhythm, and presence can shift our internal landscape – tools I now translate into visual form through gesture, flow, and emotional tone.
Living with chronic health challenges and navigating life as a neurodivergent person has shaped how I see and feel the world. Painting and sketching became daily wellbeing practices – ways to slow down, reconnect with myself, and notice the beauty woven into ordinary moments. These practices continue to inspire my artwork and also inform my books, Reclaiming Feminine Wisdom and Wise Soul Sisters, which explore themes of cyclical living, feminine wellness, intuition and embodied creativity.
Today, I create not only for myself, but for those who long for more presence, colour, and joy in their lives. Whether through my books, a bold abstract painting or a gentle illustrated piece, each work is an invitation to pause, breathe, and connect—whether to a feeling, a moment, or something deeper. My hope is that the colours, textures, and playful energy in my art spark a sense of lightness, curiosity, or joy in the spaces they live in.
